As an icebreaker the participants introduced themselves in 5 words. It's one of the best ways to get them to pull out their pens and notepad. It's not the most difficult task in the world, but does require some thinking :). Once We knew a bit about them, we shifted into the world of Social Media.

Most of the participants were usings Facebook and Whatsapp, the number of users of Instagram, Twitter and linkedin were just a handful.

Having worked in the NGO sector for over a decade we know what the ground reality is, there is very little time and the funds are lesser. Putting ourselves in the place of the participants we shared with them some super quick tips and tricks to come up with perfect posts which will not only satisfy the funder and their boss, but also act like awareness tools for the cause.

It was a super lively session with many real world examples. Looking forward to our knowledge being implemented in the field for social change.
